 All items listed above must be submitted in order for an entry to be complete and to secure a spot in the

tournament. No exceptions.

 

* Entry fee scale: 1st event - $100 entry fee - each event entered after the first is an additional $10 per event. 

   For example: if an athlete enters the maximum four events, the total entry fee would be $90.
